Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Expert Tips from Tiger Woods Prior to LPGA Debut

Emerging athlete getting ready for major competition

The rising star maintains considerable online presence

The young golfer will have plenty of prominent backers as she makes her LPGA debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be the granddaughter of Donald Trump, was granted a tournament invitation to play at Florida's Annika event in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, a passionate golfer, owns multiple courses worldwide and regularly competes against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I shouldn't elaborate but we have some close matches," she mentioned.

The golfer shared that her grandfather, who won't be present, told her: "Simply stay calm."

"He practically told me to go out there and enjoy myself," she explained.

"In my eyes, he's simply a normal grandpa. He can't make it for the tournament. He's occupied with running the country, making him rather occupied."

While still amateur, Kai has competed in only three events in 2024 and maintains ranking 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

However she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, who is dating Vanessa.

"He stands as the greatest golfer in the world," the young golfer said.

"Furthermore, he's an even better individual. He told me to compete, relax, following whatever happens."

Kai will face some of top competitors in the sport at the competition, including world number two the champion, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

Tournament organizers stated that Kai's presence helps introduce the sport to new audiences, especially with youth audiences.

The young star maintains millions of followers and has started an exclusive apparel and wellness brand.

Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
